The hotel with well-appointed rooms, in a quiet area, near the hospital. Great food and cold drinks. Favourable and incredible location, a 10-15 minute walk from a mature garden.

The staff is pretty friendly. the rooms are very good sized and airy, with Netflix, a dining table, and a comfy bed. - Great food for breakfast. - Favorable and incredible location in Auckland, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the new Westfield mall.

The value for money at Boulevard Hotel was excellent, with spacious and clean rooms that exceed the standard in the city. The location was convenient, close to the highway and Newmarket shopping area, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The only improvement needed for breakfast would be to expand the menu options.

All in all everything was very good, had an excellent stay for a 1 night business trip. The room was well-appointed and tidy with facilities and we really enjoyed the stay.

Low budget hotel set in the safe area. Really friendly employees on the staff member being new. Historic building and rooms even on highest temperature. Plenty of facilities such as: multi-channel TV, a cable TV with on-demand movies, and a microwave oven. Nice and absolutely perfect location to Auckland War Memorial Museum.

The room was clean and well-equipped, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially considering one of them was new.

The airport was 12 miles away from here, marvellous and brilliant location. Newmarket district was worth staying in.

The studio apartment has great natural lighting and a warm atmosphere, located in a convenient area near popular attractions like Westfield mall, the motorway, and hospital.

The location of the venue is magnificent and exceptionally nice, just next door to supermarkets/ restaurants, the train station, and Westfield Newmarket. Plus, it is 10 minutes drive from Auckland War Memorial Museum, I loved it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The decoration was elegant and stylish, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. It was comforting to know that the hotel took the needs of older guests into consideration.

I would have appreciated better assistance from the staff. It would have made my vacation even more enjoyable as a senior woman.

I had a great stay at this hotel as it had everything I needed. the location was perfect for me as it was close to both the Newmarket centre and the city centre. This made it really convenient for me to explore and shop without getting lost. Additionally, the hotel was also near the Westfield mall, so I had plenty of dining options nearby. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided great service and made the check-in process a breeze. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as having chairs to sit on and basic amenities like a microwave and a toaster. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. this hotel was a great value for money and I highly recommend it.
